So, we’ve taken inspiration from tastecard restaurant, Ed’s Diner, to create an easy Banana & Biscoff milkshake recipe to give you an alternative recipe for using up leftover bananas.
Yes, we’re tooting our own horn, but this is the next best thing to an American diner-style Ed’s Diner shake. Have a read, try it yourself and trust us, you’ll never bake a banana bread again.
Banana & Biscoff milkshake recipe.
Serves: 1 / Prep time: 5 minutes / Make it in: 5 minutes
What you’ll need.
- 1 banana
- 35g Lotus Biscoff Spread
- 195g vanilla ice-cream
- 35g milk
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- Squirty cream (optional)
- 2 Lotus biscuits (optional)
- A blender
1. Pop your banana and Biscoff spread in and blend until smooth.
2. Add the rest of your ingredients and blend once again.
3. Serve with squirty cream and crushed Lotus biscuits on top.
Simple as that.
